Cayman Updates – Remember to submit your “ES Return”!
Please note that for all the relevant entities which carried on any relevant activities (except IP business) with the financial period end date from 31 December 2019 to 30 April 2020 (both dates inclusive), they must submit their Economic Substance Return (“ES Return”) via the DITC portal on or before 30 April 2021.
